Our NSI Gold accredited RVRC to detector activated CCTV system alerts using the acclaimed Immix platform. We also utilise data networks such as IP and 4G to relay alarm images from the secure premises to our RVRC. The information provided by alarm images produced from detector activated CCTV cameras on the site will determine the course of action to be taken by our operators.
Where the system allows the analysts can take control of pan, tilt and zoom camera functions to obtain evidence that may be used in future prosecutions.
Whether it is the customer, deliveries, staff or a criminal attack, the analyst will make a quick and accurate assessment of the situation and take the appropriate action. We recommend audio facilities, which enables our analysts to give warnings to potential attackers, preventing damage to the premise and acting as an excellent deterrent as this warning may be tailored to the particular situation.
