We exceed both BSIA and NSI Guidelines

The BSIA sets average targets for alarm receiving centres to exceed. They are as follows:

Fire: 90% of alarms within 30 seconds of being presented. AIM achieve 93.3%

Life: 80% of alarms within 30 seconds of being presented. AIM achieve 92.68%

Intruder: 80% of alarms within 90 seconds of being presented. AIM achieve 90.21%



We adhere to the NSI guidelines which specify that 70% of all calls must be answered within 30 seconds.
