VRT - Voice Response Terminal

Overview

For alarm engineers working in the field time is a valuable commodity, it is important therefore that any communication with the Alarm Receiving Centre is kept as brief and straightforward as possible. 

In order to help engineers aim provides a VRT system (Voice Response Terminal) allowing engineering staff to interact with our computer systems by simply using the touch tone keypad on their mobile phone.

Functions such as reviewing event history and placing systems out of service during testing can be securely and efficiently achieved without the engineer having to speak to one of our operators.
