VRT - Voice Response Terminal
Overview
For engineers working in the field, time is a valuable commodity. It is therefore vital that any communication with the ARC is kept as short and simple as possible.
In order to help achieve this, aim provides a VRT system, allowing engineering staff to interact with our monitoring platform by using the touch tone keypad on their mobile phone.
Functions such as reviewing event history and placing systems out of service during testing can be securely and efficiently achieved without the engineer having to speak with one of our operators.
