The aim alarm recieving centres use the MASterMind Integrated Software Platform.
MASterMind is the world's pre-eminent security automation software, it provides a fully integrated, enterprise solution for monitored security service providers and alarm recieving centres. Its comprehensive suite of product offerings includes alarm monitoring, integrated web-solutions and reporting.

MASterMind is renowned for its proven reliability, scalability, and high-volume processing power and is used in leading alarm receiving centres around the world.

aim also uses other software such as Cybertech (telephone monitoring) and Salesforce.com (Customer relationship management) to assist us in providing first rate support to all our customers.

Computers, Networks and Hardware

Our systems are designed to minimise the impact of any system failure, utilising state of art Dell Blade servers for all key tasks and high speed data networks throughout our alarm recieving centres and administration offices.  All our alarm handling systems are mirrored in real time at both of our arc's so a failure at either site will not affect the second site leaving signals from your customers premises always being actioned in a timely manner.

Our business critical equipment is replaced on a rolling 4 year cycle with all critical equipment having a manufacturers 4 hour on site repair contract.  In addition we engineer our systems with sufficient built in redundancy that even at times of the highest of demand we can always cope with your alarm handling needs .
