SID is a powerful database using Windows technology that creates a duplicate copy of your clients details and alarm event history as held on our main computer. At pre-determined intervals, we provide downloads from our computer.

The system allows you to manage and change keyholder information, alarm event causes, as well as manage the Police status of your alarms. SID also incorporates many reports and functions, which can assist you in managing your client’s database and false alarm management.
