Overview
With aim Message Handling we can answer our customers out of hours telephone calls professionally using their own company name. We also customise our response and procedures to suit individual installers requirements.
Calls received from your customers will be logged on our bespoke call handling software and following the dispatch of your engineer you will be sent an email, this will provide you with clear details of the dispatched call.
Our software stores all your customers calls and we can easily retrieve information about previous calls should the need arise.
