Overview

Our NSI Gold accredited RVRC responds to detector activated CCTV system alerts using the acclaimed Immix platform. We also utilise data networks such as ADSL and 3G to relay alarm images from the secure premises to our monitoring centre. The information provided by alarm images produced from detector activated CCTV cameras on the site will determine the course of action to be taken by our operators.
 
 
Where the system allows the analysts can take control of pan, tilt and zoom camera functions to obtain evidential evidence that may be used in future prosecutions.
 
Whether it is the customer, deliveries, staff or a criminal attack, the analyst will make a quick and accurate assessment of the situation and take the appropriate action. The system can also have audio facilities, which enables our analysts to give warnings to potential attackers, preventing damage to the premise and acting as an excellent deterrent as this warning may be tailored to the particular situation. 
 
Unlike internal security systems an effective external system can be very difficult to achieve as the detection devices are exposed to external influences such as direct sunlight, wildlife and foliage.  Furthermore we appreciate how difficult it can be to design an effective CCTV system within the constraints of an end-users budget.  Therefore we are more than happy to work with you and provide advice and guidance to ensure that an effective system is designed that does not generate excessive levels of activity.
