CareLINK recently launched by aim enables installers to provide both simple to use equipment and monitoring services to their customers. These end users might not be typical of your exiting clients, but we believe that CareLINK will give you a good reason to speak with them and gain sales from elderly or infirm friends and relatives. CareLINK requires minimum installation, it is a simple "plug and play" device, so there's often no need for engineers to even visit. You can close and install the same day! Who will respond?
When a CareLINK system is installed in your home you will be asked to provide contact details of the people who you would like to respond. These will normally be family members, neighbours, and friends, typically people who you trust and who will be able to come to your assistance quickly.
You will also be asked to provide any other information that will help our CareLINK operator get the right assistance fast. This would include the details of your doctor, next of kin, any specific medication or disabilities that may need consideration. All this information is treated with the strictest confidence and will only be used by our CareLINK operator to assist you.
