James Gribben

UK Operations Manager

James joined aim in 2009 having graduated from Manchester University with a Marketing degree and has previously worked within operational and sales positions.  Away from work, James lives in Wilmslow and is married and has 3 sons.  He also enjoys playing football for Old Mancunians each Saturday and follows Sheffield United.
James's philosophy on aim is simple.

Mike McHale

Area Manager (North)

As aim's Northern Area Manager, Mike is responsible for the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and spends most of his time travelling around talking and listening to our customers. "Our philosophy at aim is to provide a friendly, professional and supportive service to our customers" and Mike's 32 years working within the security alarm monitoring business provides him with the perfect experience.

Nigel Ingoldsby

Area Manager (South)

After leaving University in 1996 Nigel joined Chubb working in their ARC in Leeds and later moving to their sister company in Croydon. Nigel has been involved in many projects over the years and has a good understanding of what the Independent Installers need from an ARC.

Simon Middleton

Area Manager (East)

Simon is aim’s Area Manager looking after customers in the Eastern region. Having spent 26 years in the communications industry with the last 16 working for BT Redcare as a systems engineer he is more than qualified to advise and implement solutions to match customers’ individual operating needs.

Hollie Wagstaff

Area Manager (West)

Hollie is Aim’s Area Manager for the Midland’s central region & Wales. Having spent 3 ½ years at Risco Group working on new business generation and most recently worked at Emizon. Hollie brings with her prior knowledge of the industry and a great enthusiasm for success. Away from work, Hollie lives with her partner Tony and stepson Max. She enjoys football and running - regularly visiting her home team Manchester City.
