Area Managers
From our administration base in central Manchester, aim has an experienced team of Area Managers, all of whom have extensive security industry knowledge. The Area Managers primary role is to serve our existing customer base whilst trying to attract new installers to join aim. As part of the service we offer, we can confidently say you will enjoy visits from your local Area Manager on a frequent basis, adding value to your business by, for example, bringing you up to speed with technology advancements, informing you of campaign offers and assisting you with any day-to-day queries you may have.
James Gribben
aim National Operations Manager
James joined aim as Operations Manager in 2009 having previously graduated from Manchester University with a Marketing degree and most recently worked for Kerridge (subsequently bought by Automatic Data Processing), undertaking a technical sales role. Away from work, James lives in South Manchester and is engaged and has 2 sons. He also enjoys playing football for Old Mancunians each Saturday and follows Sheffield United.
James's philosophy on aim is simple.

Mike McHale
aim Area Manager (North)
As aim's Northern Area manager, Mike is responsible for the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and spends most of his time travelling around talking and listening to our customers. "Our philosophy at aim is to provide a friendly, professional and supportive service to our customers" and Mike's 32 years working within the security alarm monitoring business provides him with the perfect experience.
Nigel Ingoldsby
aim Area Manager (South)
After leaving University in 1996 Nigel joined Chubb working in their ARC in Leeds and later moving to their sister company in Croydon. Nigel has been involved in many projects over the years and has a good understanding of what the Independent Installers need from an ARC.

Simon Middleton
aim Area Manager (East)
Simon is aim’s Area Account Manager looking after customers in the Eastern region. Having spent 26 years in the communications industry with the last 16 working for BT Redcare as a systems engineer he is more than qualified to advise and implement solutions to match customers’ individual operating needs.
