John Cottam
aim Support Manager
With over 30 years experience in the security and alarm business, John Cottam, AIM’s Support Manager is more than qualified to support Installers, end users, and AIM’s own staff. John has previously worked at Lander Alarms and Group 4 Alarms. When Modern Security Systems merged Group 4 Alarms into its business in 1994 he became responsible for Modern's independent alarm monitoring business. John was instrumental in the creation of AIM.
Mike Sutcliffe
aim Information Systems Support Manager (North)
With over 30 years experience in the security and alarm business and systems management, Mike Sutcliffe, AIM’s Information Systems Support Manager is more than qualified to provide support to Installers, end users, and AIM’s own staff in all aspects of the alarm industry. In addition Mike manages the aim websites and customer access to alarm information on the internet.
Jamie Fretwell
aim Information Systems Support Manager (South)
After graduating from Salford University in 2003 Jamie then managed the aim Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) before joining the aim support team in 2009 as an Information Systems Support Manager. Jamie's wealth of knowledge and experience in the monitoring of CCTV systems together with his knowledge of alarm monitoring procedures and the security industry enables him to provide unrivalled support to our customers.
