The SID Software

In the electronic security industry today there is a requirement for centralised monitoring of alarm data. In order to fulfil the requirements of NACOSS and other regulatory bodies and also to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support for their security systems alarm installers need information.

aim provides the solution to your security information needs with our sophisticated Security Information Database.

Using the Security Information Database (S.I.D.) you benefit from the information held at the aim ARC, enabling you to effectively manage NACOSS, SSAIB statistics and customer requirements for all your alarm systems wherever they are located.

S.I.D. is a multi-user information database that is Windows compatible. Information that is held at the aim ARC is securely downloaded to your nominated computer on a daily basis. By using the SID software which incorporates powerful reporting tools this data can be analysed to gather information or generate reports on alarm activity at any of your sites. The Security Information Database is supplied with a large number of standard reports which allow you to monitor and track alarm activations that were received by the aim ARC during any given period. In addition SID can also produce bespoke or custom designed reports to help you meet a specific business or customer requirement. keyholder details, police response reports, Redcare and other signalling information is all readily available either on a "per site" basis or in global reporting across your entire contract base.

In addition to the obvious benefits from using the S.I.D. software, users gain access to our dedicated SID Helpdesk and free telephone support. We will supply you with SID software, installed at your offices with full training on its’ operation. In addition to this should more assistance be required, tailor-made training courses and hardware can be provided to suit your requirements.

In short, if you want to know what’s going on in your business - YOU NEED S.I.D.
