About 4 years ago we were having some issues with our alarm receiving centre, We decided in that it would be in our best interests to look into the market place for another ARC to partner our business, we met Nigel Ingoldsby of Aim. Since the decision to move our connections into Aim we have not looked back. Nigel is our central point of contact, this is something quite refreshing to find that when you call someone they call you back and resolve any queries.
