I have been in the alarm industry for over 25 years and have used many different central stations or Arc’s as they like to be called these days.
They all profess to offer the highest level of service, but to my experience this is not always the case. We moved to Aim in 2007 after not seeing anyone from our existing arc for years. The only time we did see anyone was when we decided to move, but at this point the decision had already been made, because of the level of service that we were getting form Aim.
The team at Aim are really professional but give that personal touch. Nigel Ingoldsby our account manager is always at the end of the phone if we need anything.
