AIM’s office based team are here to support our UK-wide customer base as well as supporting our own field based account managers.  As a company that firmly believes in ongoing customer service excellence, this team are pivotal to our success.

Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

Sarah joined the aim team in 2010, she has a wealth of knowledge having worked in our alarm recieving centres both as a staff member and trainer, this puts her in an ideal position to support our field based team members, Sarah also manages our marketing and sales projects.

Desk Based Account Manager – Central / South

Daisy is one of AIM’s desk based account managers based in Manchester. Having graduated from university in 2009, she returned from travelling in South East Asia and Australia in 2011.

Desk Based Account Manager

Alan is one of AIM’s desk based account managers based in Manchester.  Alan will be providing administration support for new and existing installers. 

“Having spent time with AIM sales and speaking to installers over a period of time, I heard some of the issues that installers sometimes face when they move ARC's.  I am now pleased to be in a position to address those issues before they arise and therefore smooth the transition between ARC's, giving our new customer's total piece of mind regarding the transfer process.  Being on-hand after the initial transfer while installers "find their feet" with AIM has proved invaluable to those installers that have recently joined us."

Administration Team Leader 

Darren joined the Company 12 years ago from a Retail Management background.  He has worked in a customer service environment and he soon found himself in a management position, since working in most areas of the business.

In 2009 Darren took over the management of the RVRC and he has overseen the setup and relocation of our newly refurbished RVRC.  This was closely followed by incorporating the monitoring platform Immix into the RVRC.  In 2010 Darren joined the administration team.

 “I believe in delivering excellent customer service to all our customers, both internal and external.  Providing a first-class administration team is at the core of my current position".
